Frustrate User - Vodacom

I app**** for Fibre last year May so they gave me interim LTE 100GB and 100mb speed until fibre is active, almost a year and still sitting with LTE, the speed was ok in the beginning (under 20mb) and just got worse since about September under1mb) I have logged many a call, OI have emailed Customer Care many times, spent time on the phone, emailed them speed tests, they even tell me to walk around my home with the router. Im now paying for a service that doesn't exist at all (referring to the speed) the upload speed is fine but download is pathetic.
