FRUSTATION
this is the 3rd time i am writing about vodacom in brief i am wating to hear the recording of an offer made by vodacom this has been going on since begining of November On Friday a new service request was logged S$-WRE2O-OALSO Yesterday i get anSMS to say the case is closed NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!!! so how can the case be closed?????

The allocations were: 1200 minutes, 4GB data bundle. The minutes remaining are valid till 31/12/2018.
