Frustated Vodacom User

<p> I am currently the most frustrated and disappointed Vodacam user. I visited the clearwater branch on the 6th January who could not assist me with a contract because they did not have the iphone7 in the colour I wanted they then refereed me to the istore in Clearwater. The istore tried for days to assist me and all they kept telling me was that my matter is with Vodacom acquisitions, after many failed attempts on istore side I decided to visit the Vodacom 4U store in Cradlestone mall on the 12th January to date I have not received my phone because the store has been logging calls with Vodacom acquisitions and Vodacom IT. Vodacom if your services is this pathetic towards your branches and istores who am I to expect any better service!</p> <p> </p>
