Frustated

I took my mobile router in to have it fixed at the Tygervalley branch. I received a sms on Monday morning to say that my device was ready for collection. On Tuesday I went on to collect but on collection they noted that the battery were not returned. I was told that they have just sent an email and the driver will deliver the battery. I was on my way to Airport and said to hang around the mall until 15:30 as the driver will be there by then. I could not wait that long and decided to collect the device on Wednesday morning. When I got to the store, same excuse. Battery not delivered yet, sent an email and the driver will be there by 14:00 with my battery.. The person also said that she will contact me when I can collect my battery... No one called, so I have decided to give them a call today at 12 to find out if I can collect my device... After holding on for almost 10 minutes and speaking to a second person they said the same thing again... Sent email...He assured me that he will call me back in an hour to give me an update... It is now almost 20:00 and no one has bothered to contact me... I am very frustated with the lack of service that I have received..
