Fruad on Vodocam contract but no-one helping at Vodacom since the 20th

I have not upgraded, since the 20th trying to sort this out with no luck, Call Centre Agent tells me they cannot provide a reference number even spoken to manager Lazelle Johnson. Please can I get assistance- I have not upgraded and ***** on my vodcom account

Service is extremely poor
