Still awaiting to be contacted from Vodacom. What a poor show from their part. Even their customer care consultant is unable to assist me and answer basic questions pertaining to my problem. This is what I mailed to their ''brilliant'' so called consultant. Hi Thanks for your reply, I have however requested Vodacom to contact me to setup a meeting to explain this account from February when the numbers were ported until present. We are still waiting for the meeting. I do not wish to discuss this matter with a service consultant because up and till now I have had many explanations from every consultant. My queries have not been sorted out. I need to be contacted by a head of department that can assist me. This matter is with Radio 702 and they have promised to get back to me as per email. To cut a long story short, I need the following 1. To be contacted by a person higher level than a supervisor 2. I need a meeting setup where I come through and present the account statement 3. I need valid explanations of what is going on with my account. If Vodacom is unwilling to assist me or if you can’t provide me with a contact number and person, then rather provide me with the Legal departments details and I will get my attorney to then communicate with Vodacom direct. This service is below par and I refuse to be contacted only via email. Enough is enough. This problem with my account has been persisting from February 2016. Far too long and I’ve also been far to patient. To avoid legal or social media negative publicity I suggest that Vodacom contacts me directly via telephone. This is what reply I received - Dear S Kouklinos I forwarded your request to the management team in the Retentions Team. Kind regards Rashieda And in spite of all of this ,my account will be so called credited , even though I don't know what has happened with my account. This is her reply- Dear S Kouklinos The Retentions Team confirmed that they were in contact with you and confirmed that the contracts will be cancelled. I can confirm that the contracts were cancelled today and the credits was created as well. Once again, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Rashieda
