from pathetic to beyond wasteful service

i added a report for an absolutely pathetic customer support consultant at upgrades at the begining of october, i was contacted by Roderique Lategan who informed me that the matter was escalated to the upgrades team and someone will be in contact with me, to date this has not occurred. is there such a lack of professionalism within the upgrade dept that nobody can give proper service? and what exactly has vodacom done about it NOTHING!!!! i want my pre order for the sony Z5 cancelled i cannot be with such a disgraceful customer service company. this will be added to facebook as well. vodacom cannot even handle its own employees and departments how does it function??
