From pathetic service to absolutely NO service

I posted on 25 Feb about a device that was ordered first week of Jan and was still not delivered despite their promise of delivery 3-5 days. Vodacom responded by saying they will contact me. Guess what? 2 weeks later and still NO response, device or any sign of life from vodacom. I will take my bussiness elsewhere if this is the way new customers is treated.
