To: Vodacom Customer Complaints. On the 21st of April 2021 I handed my phone a Huaweii P Smart in at the Stellenbosch Vodacom Shop. The only problem with the phone was that when reading something the screen used change the samtime. They then send it to Somerset West for repairs and said it will cost me R400.00. I asked them to send it back without fixing it. When I recieved it,the phone was'nt working at all. I took it back to Vodacom Stellenbosch and then send it away once agsin. The repairshop phoned me and said it will now cost me R1600.00 for repairs because the LCD screen must be replaced. I do'nt anderstand this because ther was nothing wrong with the screen before they have send it away the first time. They also cant give me any reason on why the phone is all of a sudden in this condition. I hope to get some reacyion from you soon.
