From lime to lemonade in no time!

I wanted to down grade one of my business contracts and was really looking up to going to a Vodacom branch to do this. I've decided to go to the Tygervalley Branch as the shop it at an entrance. When I got there I was very disappointed that the branch was closed and I took the task to go into the Mall on to look for the other branch inside. By the time I found them I was really very negative and frustrated. As I walked in a friendly gentleman asked me if he could help me. His approach immediately changed my mood and all went well without any hassles, I left with much more than what I went there for and with a happy heart.
