From horrible agent to a knowledgeable consultants

Had a pleasant and refreshing conversating with Rejoice(consultant) and Boitumelo(Team leader) . They were all not on auto pilot and they listened. Their answers were not rehe****d and this was after a call when an Agent just transferred me to the survey before even half way through the call and gave information contradictory to Rejoice and Boitumelo
