From department to department
I upgraded my Samsung S4 to the Samsung S6. The phones use different size sim cards, micro and nano.
The phone was sent to me with no issues, accept the nano sim was faulty and needed to be replaced. A sim swop was performed and a new nano sim was sent to me.
Upon entering the nano into the new S6, error msg says sim not registered on the network. All fair and well I start calling Vodacom customer care.
Going thru all the security questions I get told they need to transfer me to the sim swop department, again security questions and explaining my issue, I get told they need to transfer me to the activations department, security questions again and explaining my issue, I get told nope, wrong department transferring you to customer care. Again wrong department transferring you to upgrades. Upgrade department how can we help....Wrong department please call ***, then call ***, then call 082114.
Getting shoved from pillar to post constantly I lost it and asked for a Manager or Team leader. No surprise here, no manager or team leader available we will call you back. Again no surprise, I am STILL waiting.
Vodacom customer service is ***, but then again nothing new!
