From counterfeit products to horrible service delivery

Giving Vodacom East London Vincent mall even 1 star would be actually condemning them for the horrible experience I had with them. Two weeks back I got a USB C adapter from them which they sold for R450 first red flag there it was for my sister I dropped it off to her then left, when I got home later she said the adapter was not working so we tried the cable on my adapter cause I also got her a new iphone the cable was working perfectly. 1st of all the box from which the adapter came from seemed old and you could tell it had already been opened before.when you shake the adapter you could hear the insides like they are loose. I am heavily pregnant I cannot go anywhere I send someone along with with receipts to report the problem. They refused to change the adapter stating that I did not purchase is there and its not the original iphone adapter. Not only are they exposing they sell counterfeit products they have horrible service delivery. Cause I’m assuming each and everything they sell ok their store supposedly has a code why aren’t they looking that up. Does it make sense for me to buy an adapter that I got for R450 and another one from elsewhere then go to them claiming it is not working while its not from there! R900 for an adapter that is R399 from the original istore. I’m honestly ****ed shem this is total BS
