From better to worse
I took my Blackberry Q10 phone for service at Vodacom repairs Polokwane and it came back worse. Before I took my phone to the outlet for repairs, the screen was showing an error message. After going for repairs, it came back without visuals and when I asked why was the error message no longer showing I was told was that it is a matter of the battery being low. I charged the phones battery but the error message on the screen or any other visual for that matter is not appearing. The worse part to all of this is that I got a call informing me that I would have to pay a certain fee for the phone to be fixed of which I agreed to but I was told upon collection of the phone that they were unable to fix the phone and that I had to pay R2000 for the phone to be taken to joburg to be fixed. This was to me so ridiculous that I ended up leaving with a phone that is worse that it was prior to getting to the outlet and a sad face as I had expected a functioning phone after I was quoted on the price to fix the phone and agreed to the quote. Vodacom really needs to up its after service to customers in remote areas.
