from bad to worse

I'm so tired of this company i spoke to more than 10 agent but to no avail, i just want to cancel my contract with this stupid company that careless about their client but are up to date with their debit order. No one told me about the cancellation process no bother to inform that I must tell them remind them that our contract ended but they increased my installment without informing me. vodacom must have the world most stupid CEO in the country.
