From a leading service provider to non-service provider - Vodcom sucks worse than a broken vacuum cleaner!!

Vodacom services provider doesn't even deserve a star let alone a 1/2 star or even a 1/4 star. You only got a star as I needed to write a review.

You block clients for no reason.

You provide a non-service service.

You expect clients to sort out your financial departments ****, yet you block them. So how do you expect them to sort out your incompetence?

You block essential service providers thus jeopardizing their employment.

You double invoice and you debit accounts before the debit dates You do not accept bank statements as proof of payments, when clients try speak to your service providers via the call center they are met with hostility.

Refuse to refund and assist the client at any turn.

Branch managers cannot even read their own statements

Get your act together and sort your house out.
