Frogfoot and Vodacom is a disaster waiting to happen

Service light on Frogfoot router not working! 5 days without fibre more than 20 phone calls later many messages fb and emails and still no help. Given a wrong SR number that belonged to someone else and very bad service all together from Vodacom. I am so emotionally drained trying to sort this out that I do not know what to do anymore to sort this out.
