FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE

I went to Vodacom in Kenilworth centre about 2 weeks ago. The port of my phone is broken, walked into the shop, one of the staff approached me. Fair of complexion, bit of acne. I wish I had taken his name so that I could direct my complaint directly at him. I told him my phone won't charge. He asked me if I brought the charger along, I said no because I cant even get the charger in, he said they cant take my phone without the charger, I tried to tell him, the port is loose and the charger can't even go in, he spoke over me and said , I need to go home and get the charger. I said you can try it with any charger you'll see it wont work, he said no it needs my charger. I walked out of that shop. How rude. He didnt even offer to take a look or give me the courtesy of trying to comprehend what I was saying.

In the following week I went to Vodacom at the Waterfront. How lovely. The assistant who helped me, I forget his name. He listened as I explained myself, asked for my phone , had a look. Told me he doesn't need my charger as the port is broken. I'd like to commend him for his friendliness and kindness and for being so helpful and pleasant.
