Friendly and helpful service

I would like to commend Gerard Janssen from the Atterbury branch of Vodacom, who when he realised that they did not have the phone I was looking for, he asked me if he could call other stores to check if they have it. He then called the Woodlands branch and indeed they had my requisite phone. Before he called other branches, he offered to order the phone for me and explained that it could take up to three days to receive it. He went the extra mile and I am grateful for such excellent service. Keep up the good work, which makes us not to hesitate when we recommend friends and family to Vodacom.
