Freebie voucher with contract.

Worst service ever. Bought a HP laptop on a blackfriday deal. Advertised with a R3500 HP voucher. After getting home we realized we did not get a voucher. 7 days later we still don't have a voucher. The store don't know where is the voucher or how do a person get it. But the deal get advertised big with HP voucher. I have to contact the consultant every for feedback and the same story they still don't know.
