Free watsapp and facebookwhen you buy R90 or R60

On Saturday afternoon I was approached by a guy called Mandla and he said to me Vodacom is running a promotion , when you buy R90 airtime from him with his other colleagues you get R135 free airtime and you chat for free on watsapp and facebook. I didn't want to buy the airtime but he convinced me and said because I am on prepaid Vodacom is going to give my number to someone else so I need to buy this airtime plus a sim card. Then once I have inserted the new sim which I have loaded the R90 airtime, I still get to keep my number.<br> <br> I refused to buy the airtime but he said my number is no longer registered with Vodacom and my personal details will be accessible to whoever they give my number too. I then decided to buy the airtime but now on a reduced amount of R60 which be a year of free watsapp and facebook. After 24 hours I removed my old sim and inserted the new sim but to my surprise I did'nt chat for free on watsapp or facebook instead I bought bundles with that R60 airtime and people couldn't get hold of me because I removed my old sim so my number couldn't go through if though I was told that once I insert the new sim I get to keep my number automatical
