Free screen insurance seems a ****!

I upgraded to a Voda tablet in July 2016 that had "free screen insurance" embedded, deal right? Wrong!

In the beginning of August I dropped my tablet and booked it in for the promised free screen repairs.. this tablet has been bouncing around between Richards bay branch and Umhlanga repair centre since. Cellsure (who is vodacoms insurer) claims to only have record of one of my contracts having free screen insurance! (This being my P9 Lite)

A bit of background; I dont have one or two contracts with these guys, I have five! Yes, Five! I have been with them for years, I have been through many issues but I have never ever felt so neglected by a service provider. (Im supposed to have screen insurance embedded on my J5 aswell btw Vodacom)

Ive also tried emailing the CEOs office on Friday???? No surprise, no response....

Ive also been recieving phone calls from non exsistant numbers vodacom? My number has been making phone calls that there is no record of from my phone? Can I have explanations? Your Call Centre gets annoyed and drops my calls? (check my survey responses then listen to those calls, some of your staff is arrogant).
