Free prime data only when I have data. Doesn't sound fare to me.
I received a free prime video 12 months subscription. The problem is that I can only access the free 3 gig data only when I have data. The moment my data is finished then I will be offline, the free data is still there yet I can't access it if I don't have any data. Is that normal or is it just me? Thanks in advance for your help.
