free plan migration that is not free

I've learned that Vodacom supplies their customers details to service providers that are not their service provider, "Vodacom Rewards" is run by "Mondo", who under false pretense calls and offer a free migration with better plan and data, they never tell you that free means they wave the migration charge and that the plan will cost you more, when you phone Vodacom they are very sympathetic on the phone but refuse to do anything except give you Mondo's numbers ********** 690 or ********** 666 which Mondo never answers. This is a **** and a complete ******* by a brand that should no better. I want my original contract reinstated and this manipulations and lies of Mondo cancelled. They are a bunch of ********* ***** and manipulators. Vodacom's handling of this is unbelievably poor!

Vodacom has called me back and promised to "investigate" and "escalate", as far as I'm concerned my existing contract with Red Advantage is in force till 12:00 31 August and I have cancelled this ********** "free migration" before it's "official start date" tomorrow 1 September making it null and void. I will not pay for any upgrade down grade or what ever they now want to call it. Theft should not be rewarded.

I'm relieved that Mondo took responsibility to resolve this matter but I'm not sure I'm happy with how Vodacom distances themselves from what happened here, there is a distinct lack of accountability on the part of Vodacom, they cant pretend to be a service provider if they are outsourcing that and actually want to be a infrastructure provider, make up your mind Vodacom your business model needs work and your loyal customers deserves a lot better!
