Free next day delivery a hoax

<p>On Sunday 2/09/2016 i app**** for a new line to be add to my contract. I used the online for its convenience and for the NEXT DAY FREE DELIVERY. However taken into consideration of it being a Sunday and the time I applies. I was expecting the delivery on the Monday as the t&c say Monday to Thursday and order before noon. Orders placed afterwards will go for the following day. With that in mind I should receive my delivery by Tuesday provide that vodacom phoned me to confirm my order timelessly. Which nearly did happen 11:28 I get a call from a vodacom consultant unfortunately it was a bit of bad timing and as shortly after the call I was busy at work and couldn't complete the conversation as well vodacom system was slow. I then requested the consultant call me back at a later time. This never happened. Through out the day I was busy on Monday so I couldn't personally followup on it. At the end day I figured they phone tomorrow(Tuesday). This never happened. Vodacom needs to change your t&c. Free next day delivery once comfirmed with a consultant before noon.... Ordering online not enough to get your delivery the next day. Looks like I might only get my order by Thursday if I'm lucky. Maybe Friday the latest. How disappointing. Another network full of empty promises.</p>
