Free Gifts NEVER RECEIVED

<p>11/03/16 I upgraded 2 x contracts and received the new Samsung S7 that day. We received our 2 x Virtual Glasses through the post as promised but on signing the new contracts we were offered 2 x hand free chargers or 2 x small speakers. We have been phoning The Glen 4U constantly as well as popping in only to be told they are ALWAYS out of stock. Various assistants promise to phone me once they receive the gifts but I have NEVER received a call at all. The last person "Jaime" said that his manager will contact me - this was about a month ago.... still waiting. I have subsequently written to Customer Care at Vodacom on the 19th August and Tamella Gxothiwe's response was that "Yona" from the store will do the follow up and contact me.....STILL WAITING....I find your service to your customers shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
