Free Gifts Charged to my Account

I will never ever do Bussiness with Vodacom again !!!! They are so disonest!!! I took ou a contract for my son last year November then they said it was a special deal you get a free watch and tablet with this phone…. We got the phone en the “free” gifts tablet and watch…But December 2025 they started billing me for the “free” gifts !!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 It’s now been 5 MONTHS OF STRUGGLING with VODACOM to take this off my account, I went in to Hartbee****rtdam branch spoke with the manager many many times, she just says she has been emailing them at the head office but they never responded to her emails, I also phoned Vodacom many many times explaining to them what happened and asking them to take it off my account but they say I must go into the Vodacom Branch which I have done numerous times !!!!! So now aLI am just paying for these “free” gifts !!!!! Totally Bul**** !!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I will never trust Vodacom again and I will NEVER do business with them ever again!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Pathetic SERVICE!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 They just ***** your money every month!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡 I would not recommend anyone to do business with them!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
