Free gift never received

<p>In January 2016, my son took a Vodacom contract on my name, using his hard earned pocket money. Part of the new contract deal was that he would recieve a D Link bluetooth speaker for signing up for a new contract. As per usual, the branch in Menlyn was out of stock and we were told that we would be informed as soon as the stock arrives.</p> <p>About a month later and still no contact so we returned to Menlyn, travelling in to PTA from Bronkhorstspruit. Again we were told all the new stock went out, even though we were supposed to be contacted. We went back no less than six times, always with the same lame excuse, always with the promise of being contacted when the stock arrives.</p> <p>Needless to say it is now 9 months later and still my son has not recieved his speaker.</p>
