********** Vodafone live item persists on Vodacom invoices
My latest invoice still reflects a ********** line item called Vodafone Live for R149.09. This was added by an upgrade call centre agent who did it without my permission. This item was removed from my previous invoice as Lucian, who investigated this matter, confirmed that it is not valid. I did not request this service, neither have I used this service - it is a complete SHAM. Please remove this item from my profile permanently.
