********** vodacom contract opened by my name and vodacom is not sure how to deal with this matter

I phoned vodacom to report it and I was requested to email a copy of my ID and an affidavit to ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I called vodacom again to follow up and I was transferred to the vodacom legal team. They told me that it was is not showing on the system that It was reported, they said they will send me an sms with email details. The sms stated that: Vodacom Please forward 3 samples of your signature, clear copy of your ID and a statement of your complaint to : </p> <p>tradepartner.adminvodacom.co.za . </p> <p>This email address is not working. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling vodacom many times to request for the correct email address and it seems like everyone I have spoken to is lost and not sure how to handle my query. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
