********** Vodacom contract

I have lodged a complaint on 16/02/2023 with Vodacom about a ********** contract that has my banking details. I received a reference number: EC-1LQG-38J2QWU and that I will receive feedback within 7-14 working days. To date no feedback received. I tried calling the Call Centre on 082135 and no assistance. I spoke to an agent: Nhlanhla Makhaza today and she was not able to assist. I requested to speak to her Supervisor: Sindisiwe Chaukee and she was in a meeting. I wonder how serious Vodacom takes ********** accounts.
