********** Vodacom Chatz Shop

I handed in my phone for a screen repair at a Vodacom Chatz shop in Davenport Square, Durban. The guy said a screen replacement will take 2 hours - that turned into 2 days. When I collected my phone the camera was broken so I took it back and he came back and said that it's irreparable and I must fetch my phone. Vodacom told me they don't have a shop there so this guy was a full on Vodacom Chatz branded store without even being from Vodacom.
