********** VODACOM!

We ordered a 10G data package with Vodacom but the following day someone phoned us from Vodacom to offer us a 30G package for more or less the same price. They said they will cancel the 10G package but they already shipped the modem to us. We received the 10G and 30G modems together a few days later. We shipped the 10G package back to Vodacom. After they promised us they cancelled the package, we are still paying for it every month. It does show on their system that we send it back and they received us, still we are paying for it!!! We cancelled an additional 2G data 4 TIMES!!!!! Still we are paying for it every month! ABSOLUTELY USELESS PERSONNEL!! If we phone, we get a reference number and we must phone again in 7 days! Same story every time! We can't afford a cellphone account of R3000+ every month and Vodacom can just add stuff every month which we didn't even receive. What a disgrace!
