********** use of cell phone after blocking and blacklisting with Vodacom
My wife's cell phone was ****** on Sat afternoon 20.10.18. The phone was blocked and blacklisted with Vodacom at 16h45. Between 18h00 and 20h00 the cell phone was used to order 6 deliveries of UberEats totalling R11 000 in value, which were all charged to my credit card. We have asked Vodacom and e-mailed them twice, asking them to explain how a blocked and blacklisted cell phone could be used in this manner over an hour after it had been reported to them.
