********** Upgrades

Vodacom call my mom a and **********ly sold a data upgrade to her, stating it will not cost her anything extra. They have been deducting her account with the extra charges for months now. We have bee struggling to cancel and refund the **********ly upgrade for 2 months without success. This is the most experience we have ever had with a company!! We called numerous times and no one at Vodacom seems capable of doing their jobs, even if they were at vault, still steeling from their customers!!
