<p>I received a call from the Retentions department offering nme an upgrade at a reduced price but I am being billed a much higher price. I requested call backs on the website on numerous occassions and nobody calls back. I called Customer Service months ago and was advised the recording will be reviewed and someone will revert. Nobody has. I tried Customer Service a few more times and keep getting transferred and cut off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be wary of the ****s at Vodacom.</p>
