********** Upgrade via Vodacom Rewards

I went in to a Vodacom shop in order to upgrade my mobile phone as well as, upgrade my modem to a Wi-Fi router. Only to find out that my modem was upgraded to an iPhone 6 plus 126 Gb (R14000 PHONE!) WITHOUT my acknowledgement or consent via Vodacom Rewards! I cannot understand how this can happen without any of my personal information or my permission! This must be an inside job and I am absolutely furious as to how this can happen! It is pathetic how easy people can simply upgrade on a telephonic conversation. I refuse to pay for this subscription and will stop my debit order until this matter is resolved. The person who is responsible for this needs to be brought to book and Vodacom needs to step up their protection against *****!<br>
