<p>Now that I managed to get through the upgrade department ,I dontknow after how many attempts, I am told that I must email a copy of my ID and the affidavid which states that I did not apply for an upgrade, so that Vodacom can investigate.</p> <p> </p> <p>How inconvenient, firslty spending TIME on the phone trying to get through the upgrade department, now I must go to the police station to make an affidavid that I did not apply for an upgrade?? What the hell? What difference is that going to make if I can write that in the email??? which by the wway I already did when i was firts told to contact forensic department, which also seems to be useful. What is this number for kante? ********** 877?</p> <p> </p> <p>I swear I am cancelling and porting all my contrats with Vodacom as sooon as contracts expire!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>what a nightmare!!!!</p> <p>Pls Vodacom some of us need to work ,</p>

why am i not suprised?
Your machine responded to my first query, no one called me, now same response .
I give up.
If teh upgrade goes through I will not be held responsible for the payments. You debit my account I will reverse it, even if it means i must do that every month, I will do that.
