********** upgrade on my Vodacom tablet

my tablet was **********ly upgraded early in september 2016. i report this to vodacom and i was advised that i will contacted within 3 working days. nothing happened. later that month i called to follow up and i was told that there is investigation and i had to re-log this issue. i received a ref number for the issue, 25 Oct, forwaded the requested docs. its December now and the issue is still not resolved. i have been paying the ********** account so vodacom continues to drag their feet.

ref S3-G9X2K-KVY8Z

Reviewer Update

It's been over a week since i have logged this query... all i have recived is the above automated response. the consultant at vodacom forensic, Lester James, continue to avoid my calls nor has he ever given me any feedback. this issue has been open since Sept2016... Vodacom is just happy to bill me the excesive amount every month and even quicker to suspend my account when choose to stop paying for this *****!! I am now starting to believe that Vodacom is clearly in on this *****. I cannot understand why it takes over 3 months to investigate this issue yet only a matter of days to suspend accounts that are not paid in full even when they are clearly aware that there is an ongoing investigation.

After over 14 years of loyality, I am now convinced that the time for change has come #VodaMustFall
