********** upgrade not being sorted out

On 03/11/2016 I reported to Vodacom that my data contract was upgraded to a cellphone contract and it was not authorised or done by me. I was given a reference number (1- ********** 2537) and told to email an affidavit and certified copy of my ID to ********** The same day I got a sms to say the the case is now a forensics case and the reference number is now 1- ********** 2508. I was promised feedback within 7 days. On 08/11/2016 I got another sms to inform me that the case is now closed. I phoned customer care and was informed that the sms was incorrect, that case is still open and being investigated. The same day I send 3 emails to Vodacom requesting feedback on this case, none of which I received any reply to. On 09/11/2016 I send another email and Wilhemina Gaffey from Customer Care phoned me to inform me that I haven't submitted the affidavit and ID copy and that is why nothing is being done about my case. She send an email to me confirming that she now forwarded the documents to the right department. This can't be true because how could I have received a new reference number from forensics if they didn't receive any documents. On 10/11/2016 Phindile Chiiya send an email with a promise that my case is now being escaled to the agent handling the matter and that I will receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours. On 14/10/2016 I still haven't received any feedback (as promised) and I once again phoned customer care. Now I was informed that the case was closed and there was no reason on the system as to why. I demanded to speak to the manager who only then informed me that he will get the person who closed the case to phone me. This is really unacceptable behaviour. I paid R900 last month for an account that was not mine, the new debit order is set to go off next week for another payment on this ********** account and Vodacom is just not prepared to help. False promises of calling back, following up on cases, the list goes on and on. I have to go through all of this to sort out this matter with Vodacom just not willing to help but it was just to easy to upgarde my account with false documents with Vodacom just to eager to help whoever was responsible for this. As soon as this mess is cleared up I am moving my accounts from Vodacom and will never ever do business with them ever again!
