********** Upgrade Done

To whom it may concern, <br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention that a ********** upgrade was done on my account. I was in contact with your call centre this morning because a large amount was taken off my bank account and I am VERY irritated and HIGHLY annoyed about this. Only to find out that it was because an upgrade was done without my permission and consent. <br> <br> A U Choose Flexi 200 upgrade was done without my consent.<br> <br> I want answers to this. I will be going to the police station to report this, as this is irresponsible on Vodacoms part and will not be acceptable. <br> <br> Vodacom needs better notification process to alert the ACCOUNT holder. I have not received any sms, email to say any upgrade was done on my account.
