********** upgrade and incorrect cancellation

i called in to do a cancellation on my cell nr ***) which was due to expire at the end of the month but this was cancelled immediately, i have made numerous calls to vadacom but the agents they have are not even based at vodacom so the service is pathetic as each agent takes down my info and the next day nothing has been done , they also did an upgrade on my other number without my consent and i have been calling them for the last 3 days to get it rectified but as normal , no one seems to have a clue as to what is going on , this is ***** , doing things without consent , Vodacom used to be excellent to deal with but not anymore, one of the worst to get assistance from , i have been with vodacom for the last 20 years and it seems to be getting progressively worse year on year , please hire competent people
