<p>After I have been to Vodaworld a total of 3 times, I still only have a reference number (EC-04IX-2JAZJ9) for the ***** case. I have not received any feedback after emailing Moepi, Solly and Shaw, Relden multiple times, even requesting that a meeting be set up to discuss the matter.</p> <p> </p>
