********** Upgrade

A *****ULANT upgrade was done on my data account in MAY 2016. Unfortunately I only realised in October 2016 that an amount of R848.99 are being deducted instead of R149.00. On further inquiry I found out that an upgrade was done which I obviously was not aware of.

After retreiving the documentation for the said upgrade... it was clear that the person on the ID was NOT me... and that it was *****. Vodacom gave me a service request number: 1- ********** 3930 and within 24 hours they contacted me for my documentation... which I sent through. I thought they were very quick and helpfull. But Oh No!!! That was the end of ANY communication from Vodacom.

Since then I have phoned Call Centre more than 20 times... each time I must hold for 35 - 50 minutes... when a consultant answers the answer I get is that they must put me through to the "solutions department"... and EVERY TIME I get disconnected. I have asked to speak to a supervisor... which I did... no help at all... he put me through... and yup you guessed it... I was disconnected.

I've seen so many *****ulant upgrade frustrations on all sorts of forums that was not solved... I really think Vodacom is not taking the OBVIOUS INTERNAL ***** seriously.

I think a meeting with Carte Blanche might be in order.

It's been 3 days and haven't heard anything from Vodacom.... the automated reply above does not help at all. So? What now Vodacom??? What does "due course" mean?
