I received an SMS on the 03rd of May 2019, Congratulating me on my new Vodacom contract. I I do have an existing contract however i never requested for an upgrade. i contacted the 082135 number and i was advised that my contract was upgraded on the 29th of April 2019, i find this shocking because i never requested the upgrade. Please urgently supply me with the details of where this contract was upgraded, the contract i signed or the voice recording of me agreeing to the upgrade. If i don't get the the requested am going to sue Vodacom for *****.
