********** upgrade

I went to upgrade my contract and was told that I have already upgraded. The upgrade was done **********ly. I was told to go to the police station and make an affidavit. This was done and returned to the branch. I was told that it will be investigated and I will receive a response after. It has been over two months and no response. This is pathetic service
