**********, unauthorised debit order by Vodacom
The service I've received from the Vodacom ***** disputes department is pathetic. There has been a **********, unauthorized debit order going through my account for the past 3 months. I reported the matter to Vodacom and furnished them with all required documentation proving that this was a ********** debit order. To this day I have not received any feedback on this dispute and it has now been more than 6 weeks since I've logged the dispute. I find it unacceptable that it has taken so long for Vodacom to provide me feedback on this.
Vodacom can you please sort this matter out urgently

10 Dec 2019, 17:43I am not satisfied with Vodacom’s handling of this matter. After Vodacom promised that they will provide feedback by email, all I received was an SMS saying that the dispute ticket has been closed without any further explanation as to why my account was **********ly debited. The way that Vodacom is behaving makes me suspect that they are hiding something. Why is it so difficult for Vodacom to provide me with feedback on this issue?
I will only be satisfied if I get a comprehensive response from Vodacom with a confirmation that they have cancelled the ********** debit order with an explanation of what led to the situation in the first place.

10 Dec 2019, 18:05Vodacom, please have the decency to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. If you are not able to get a hold of me on my cellphone, use email for goodness sake. Not getting me on my cell doesn’t absolve you of your duty to provide me with feedback explaining what you have done to address my issue concerning the ********** debit orders that you have been deducting from my account without authorization.
