********** Transactions On Cell Account

So i have been billed for " content services" from one of Vodacom's partners. Spoke to Vodacom and mentioned that the company is called Opera Telecoms. Vodacom says that they do not have an affiliation with them but then how can this company debit my account for services i never subscribed to.

How on earth would this company get payment from Vodacom for these services that are beiing billed **********ly to my account. Vodacom must have an agreement with them, otherwise Opera Telcoms could not get payment from Vodacom.

Vodacom is supposed to be a reputable company but i honestly think that they are a bunch of ********** encouraging this behaviour. Sort this out!!! There are thousands of complaints about them and their partner in crime Opera Telecoms. Time for a mass action law suit.

Vodacom thanks for your email sent to me privately.

in your email you deny you admit that Vodacom has a contract with these ********** as you pay over the funds to them.

Don't play the innocent card here saying I should beware of phishing ****s. You know very well who these ********** are and opt not to take further action as this brings in huge revenue for you and them.

Be reputable and take action against your ********** business partner ' Opera Telecoms' - don't pass the buck here. Stop your contact with them and protect your subscribers from further ********** transactions.

I have contacted ' Opera Telecoms' and as yet have not been able to supply proof of my subscription to them . Ridiculous that Vodacom would even consider associating with these **********.

Next step is to report to WASPA, ICASA and whatever other governing body.

in the meantime I expect an immediate refund on my account.
