********** Transaction Unnoticed

*****elent vodacom contract RED ADVANTAGE was taken out under my name in Midrand while i am staying in the Western Cape. The incident took place 2 September 2016 where i immediately brought it under attention at my nearest branch the tradepartner Vodacom at Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. Then Vodacom advise my to go to the police station and get an affidavit which i did and was send to the ***** department.

While not hearing from Vodacom i decided to phone in and get some answers. The lady advise me to pay in an amount of R955 because the Red Advantage contract was already loaded and i must first pay the outstanding amount before cancelation can take place and they will reverse the funds back into my account. I paid in the amount and once again noboby got back to me. I phone in again to follow up my request where i was told i am in arreas. I decided not to pay in anymore and they cut off my line. They remove the Call Line Identity from my wifes phone which was a contract number and migrated to pre paid because the ***** accurred on her number. Everytime i phoned in to follow up they telling me a back office agent will phone me back after 24 hours. I keep phoning back and been sent from pillar to post. The call centre sent me to customer service then they sent me to solutions then they sent me to retention and they sent me to accounts. Im the client and there service is pathetic you must phone them to follow up they do not get back to the client. They handed me over or put me on some listing because i dont pay my monthly instalment. How can i pay if somebody else is using a contract on my name. Is it so difficulf for VODACOM to pick up the error? I cant even go and buy a car because my name pop up somewhere that Vodacom list on a listing. It is not even my fault. Im looking for answers its been 3 months without somebody getting back to me from VODACOM. I had enough next step is my laywer and the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
