********** Transaction Affecting my profile
A ********** account was opened under my name in 2017 with my ****** passport. I reported the matter to Vodacom as they tried to debit my bank account several times. I was advised to send documents that included an affidavit to the ***** Dispute Dept and I received the following reference number EC-1J6Q-2PKFWY on the 22nd of February 2018. Up to now there is update regarding my query & credit providers still say I owe Vodacom money. Today I have made another request and received reference number EC-1KM0-1ENLAW. It bad that such big companies don't act to resolve problems that affect someones credit profile and don't even call back the customer. Worse, you can not even speak directly to the ***** Department but have to email. This is very unfair.
